Getting to Know Christina

Christina is Managing Partner at Ironside Law Firm, where she counsels clients in business, employment and labor law, union representation, and workers' compensation. As a trial attorney, she represents private and government employees, as well as small businesses and larger corporations, in state and federal agencies, tribunals, and courts. Christina offers the personal service of a small practice with the quality of a large law firm. It is her goal to mitigate risk for her clients through best practices and attention to detail. Christina frequently speaks to businesses and the community on employment best practices and authors articles for various publications. 

EXPERIENCE

Christina’s defense litigation experience includes her time at Crowe & Dunlevy Law Firm in Oklahoma City, where she collaborated with her team to bring the best conflict resolution for clients. She managed hundreds of workers' compensation claims for global corporations while also handling employment, personal injury, and bankruptcy matters. Christina has over ten years of workers’ compensation defense experience, beginning at Latham Wagner Steel and Lehman, and most recently with Fellers Snider Blankenship Bailey & Tippens. 

On the other side of the equation, Christina’s time as a Trial Attorney at Toon Law Firm provided her the opportunity to represent injured persons through litigation in multiple jurisdictions. She prepared cases for trial in actions involving wrongful death, Title IX, medical malpractice, product liability, and tractor-trailer collisions. 

EDUCATION

Christina graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2008, where she was awarded the C.A.L.I. Award for Excellence in Legal Research, Analysis & Writing, and assisted the head of the Legal Writing Department. Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, Christina received her Bachelor’s degree from Grand View College in 2004. 

COMMUNITY

Passionate about encouraging and giving back to the community, Christina has served on the Board of Kids' Chance of Oklahoma since 2017. Now President, she is proud to lead the organization in providing scholarships for children of Oklahoma workers seriously or fatally injured in workplace accidents.

Christina loves her dog, fitness and the wellness community. She believes a healthier version of herself, means a healthier version for serving you.
